CNBLUE on Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook

EDIT: SBS had the videos removed from YouTube, so I'm going to have to find them somewhere else. Sorry!

I couldn't pass up posting about this performance. CN Blue impressed me as soon as I heard them, but there is no comparison to how awesome I think they are now. If you're going to watch this, you have to watch all three songs to get what I mean.

First, they played "Hey You". It's a good song. Upbeat and catchy. And this is the best live I've heard of it so far. However, it's the only song on the mini-album that they had no hand in creating.

Then they kick it up a notch with a shortened version of their own song "One Time". It's immediately obvious by their performance that they feel differently about this song. It's a CNBlue that I haven't seen before.

But it doesn't stop there, oh no. I honestly don't know how to sum up my reaction to "In My Head" appropriately. The place was electrified. It's like they were saying: THIS is CN Blue.

I was glad to hear that they aren't going to have to perform someone else's songs on their next album. I like the ones that their company has given them to do and they do a great job with them, but there is a jump from really cool to freaking awesome when they play their own songs. I'm going to be looking up their Japanese albums for more pure CN Blue goodness.
